I help Empaths & Lightworkers achieve greater confidence and acceptance of themselves and their gifts with the tools of coaching, astrology, and mindfulness. I’m here to support you on your journey of self-love and self-acceptance as you create and attract a kick-ass life that you love. It’s no journey for the faint of heart, so I’m here to hold space for your messy thoughts and feelings, your dreams, and your potential.

My coaching focuses on helping my clients feel seen and comfortable being themselves. Whether it be 1:1 or in group settings, I will support you in listening, asking reflective questions, expanding your perspective, and helping you to open up to really do this work in a transformational way.

They feel more at ease releasing whatever’s unaligned with their Highest Self. They feel happier from doing the things that make them feel good, and in no longer making space for the activities or relationships that are dragging them down.
